Located in Beaverton, Oregon, Poise Studio LLC offers several different styles and levels of classes and workshops, including Yoga, Pilates, Reformer Training, and Belly Dance instruction. We strive to create an atmosphere which instills health, strength, balance and peace of mind for men and women in the greater Portland area. We have always shared a passion for mind and body wellness through movement, specifically Yoga, Pilates and Belly Dance. We envisioned a studio offering classes in these studies as well as an atmosphere of belonging and unity: A place where women and men of all ages and wellness can come together and grow as individuals and connect with others. Through all of this, Poise Studio LLC was born. Poise Studio LLC offers several classes of different styles and levels, including Yoga, Mat and Reformer Pilates, Belly Dance and The "Nia" Technique.
