Our restaurant includes an open kitchen, wood fired oven and grill, family tables, and cozy booth seating. Our seasonally changing roster of simple fare with a creative twist includes braised wild boar ribs, wood roasted halibut, guajillo chile rotisserie chicken and the best burgers in town, made with house ground Carlton Farms Oregon beef on home-made buns.
From the creation of our plates to the handmade interior of our restaurant, we take a sustainable approach, working with local purveyors and composting more than 80% of our waste. We are passionate about using only the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients for each of our culinary creations. Come enjoy lunch, dinner, happy hour or brunch in our inviting atmosphere located just over the Interstate Bridge near downtown Vancouver.
